is NOT your father's boot camp, baby! Nothing militaristic, just
supportive and fun! Pick up any fitness magazine these days and
you will find an article about the most effective way to "get
fit"; by combining resistance training and cardiovascular exercise
with proper nutrition. Boot camp is the way! Classes are 4-weeks
long and begin at 5:30 am, so you are up and done while most people
are still groggy with sleepy in their eyes. Besides being motivational
and keeping you accountable for your success; boot camp classes
include innovative cardio circuits, resistance training with 5 to
8 lb dumb bells (not scary), functional training, stretching, core
work as well as yoga and Pilates-type exercises.
Camps are offered in an all women, team-focused, non competitive
environment. Great for the time crunched, the beginner, and even
